Often we think we have transcended an area or issue yet face it in another area of our life therefore at the hub station within the pattern runs. When this occurs the leap has not been made. What traits made it possible for a person to truly create sustainable change in their life? Positive thinking is NOT enough and utilizing the mind alone was limiting the performance of the individuals who worked to create extraordinary lives. This led us to investigate how does a human being evolve, grow and create a new reality?The mind consciousness and masculine dominated way we create action, push ourselves to make things happen can be intoxicating. Action is so enjoyable because we feel like we are making headway. Yet when the ego is really challenged and we reflect upon our lives have we really made the change we seek?

OVERCOMING FEAR
Fear is simply the response we have to life as an emotion it is what we all share. It is possible to overcome the dynamic you personally have to many of the things we fear. Most people fear the same things - connection, intimacy, love, success, not being good enough, god/spirit, great wealth. Ironically we all want the things we fear. When we start to think positively and create affirmations we hope this will translate into a new reality. Fear is a vibration, it sits inside of the body as an emotional response. Some people will experience this as a physical state others are less conscious. To overcome fear we have to become aware of what triggers us. The situations, people, events that set it off. Start by identifying the triggers you experience that keep you in a state of fear. If we truly wish to transcend fear to be free and experience life with more joy and harmony we utlise the mastery of energy to release the emotional blocks that are collated in our bodies.

CORE BELIEFS
Belief systems are collective and individual. We actually all share common beliefs that limit our greatest potential. For example: - I am not good enough
- I am inadequate
- I am weak
- I lack courage
- I am insecure
This form of belief awareness and the simplification of mind consciousness to just create affirmations and use the mind to change our reality is limiting. For leaders to be free and show up as great there are many collective beliefs that we all share from various levels of development. For example at Level 4/Blue we would more than likely believe conforming to rituals and rules is how you live life. That includes traditional relationship structures, family is most important and we often stay in a regular job. There may not be any freedom in this but we will do it because it is what you do. This level of development like all levels has beliefs and norms that we follow as individuals and these become collective givens. As you develop your leadership and have chosen to evolve you transcend and include these limitations to develop your unique model of the world that fits with your energetic uniqueness. At the same time we grow amongst people and life. The relationships in our lives actually bring us the development we seek from teachers and guru's. We live our transformation out in our day to day lives. If we start to SEE this and value the simplicity of our lives and the magic of the educational system we have right in front of us. This will fuel our creativity, freedom and fullness so we are living life to its fullest.

The emotional body is our access point to our stillness. The emotions are also what we fear. The management of emotion is what we have been taught to rely upon. We do have another option. To merge our head and heart we can develop emotional intelligence that values our emotive self. By learning to be with our emotions and at same time not buy into them emotion passes. The ability to sit with what we feel without responding to it is a skill we can develop. Identifying emotion as useful yet knowing what we feel is NOT the same as experiencing our emotion and allowing it to pass. The value of our emotional body - the 4th dimension of self goes unrecognized. It is also used as a form of manipulation and given too much weight in some teachings. Yet it is our access point to being integrated as a human being. Loaded in our physical body are the emotions and energy of past pain. We may think we have overcome obstacles using positive thinking with our mind to get past limitations yet often for most people this rears its ugly head. Because the emotional body is still vibrationally resonating with the pain. To truly be free the clearing, balancing and acceptance of our emotional bodies is key. SHADOW WORK & EGO
The shadow self - the darkness within us all - the ego is of great value in transformation, without this being embraced we seek sanctuary in our minds. The reality is we share this, we share common dark aspects of self and the mystical path is one where we do NOT distinguish this as good or bad but rather we see it, own it and embrace it. SEE IT - OWN IT - EMBRACE IT - BLEND IT When we only use positive thinking we neglect all aspects of self that create transformation. The MIND is useful yet NOT as powerful as we think.
