In the leadership development process we unravel the ego and simultaneously develop REAL intelligence and REAL communication. Many individuals share common ego traps. Focusing on processing and analysis of the ego keeps us in self infatuation and awareness. We have invented a simple, quick and easy process called REAL self HEAL that we use with leaders to leap OUT of 'stuff' into what is REAL.
1) We do growth alone – we see things in others – get insight – think we have processed this and share nothing with others and continue to fuel conceptual leadership thinking 2) Simplistic thinking - make a distinction yet still “act” and “think” the same way with people sharing no humility of our process yet sound wise 3) Invested in power dynamics - do not desire partnership with equals as too challenging, feel superior yet frustrated with people 4) Ego – great at making mind distinctions yet avoid the body/emotion/energy connection avoiding the place beyond accessing ego, what we call REAL intelligence and REAL communication 5) Cannot see - we are the same as the wounded/victims yet think you are beyond “them” because you have cognitive awareness – “whatever we see outside of self is within” 6) Value people with superficial “apparent” success rather than appreciate the whole - end up in partnerships of darkness, denial and deceit 7) Do not like dark/darkness – want only love and light – this is actually because you are acting dark and cannot see this so seek the polarity of self in people to avoid truth 8) Cannot follow anyone - mismatch your own leadership and others suggestions 9) Are into divinity and think that is enough – for example : I TRUST the PROCESS without taking any action - irrational obsession with spirituality as the answer to everything 10) Disconnect/ Connect pattern – seek connection yet disconnect when not getting what “I” wants, often covers deep insecurity and neediness so surrounded with those more desperate for connection and low self worth
